Before asking a question, check our frequently asked questions if it hasn't been answered before.

1. How do I post a new topic?
Select the topic starter under the category you want to post about.  Once you're in the topic starter type your new post in the box below and submit.

2. How do I reply to a post?
You'll see a reply button below the picture of the person that posted. If you want to reply click on that and a new window will open where you will be able to reply.

It's new :)

So you'll have to ask questions before we can add them here...

How do I edit a post I made?

Posts need amending because typos were not spotted by careless writers, such as myself, prior to posting. And even if typos are to be left, what about errors of fact discovered or realised after the err... fact.?

Site bug

This is a bug we've picked up, our technical team is working on it for us. We'll let you know as soon as it is fixed.

How do I format my post?

When posted, Posts default to one paragraph, removing all line breaks. Can paragraph breaks be inserted, etc, or bold type or italics used? Italics will be useful for giving book titles, etc. And can colour be used? Colour will be good for editing, say.

Long paragraphs don't look so good. Authors posting writing snippets need the ability to insert line breaks, if only for dialogue.

Another bug

This is another one. We'll get back to you as soon as it is fixed.

New Topics

I have tried posting a new topic but after clicking on topic starter, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

Different place

The topic starters are just descriptions. Let me know the new topics you need and I'll add them :)

New Topics

We don't appear to have a Serial Topic where writers and readers can discuss anything to do with the serials. What do they think about the starters? In general, are writers finding continuity difficult? What about a grade system for writers to work their way through to the top etc.?

I've added the topic in the Coffee Lounge, and added some of your questions.

Thank you. Sorry it took so long to get back to you.
